Production Manager
Location: Suffolk

Purpose of the Job: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to join a forward-thinking and rapidly expanding company on a permanent, long-term basis.
Role Responsibilities:
Leading and driving all herb production activities.
Drive continuous improvement through maximising operational effectiveness.
Achieve profit and performance targets.
Plan and organise workload.
Report any issues.
Work closely with the team to develop their personal growth and development goals.
Hands-on on the line.
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in the management of a food production facility.
FMCG experience.
Fresh produce experience would be highly desirable.
Committed, hard-working and dedicated.
Flexible and willing to work longer hours when required.
Strong production planning skills.
Problem solving skills.
Confident and assertive.
Salary:
The salary will be dependent upon experience and will be highly competitive.
