Location of the Job:

Office based in Norfolk.

Salary & Benefits Package:

The Job Role Details:

We are seeking a well organised and adaptable Project Co-ordinator Admin Person to assist the highly experienced Commercial Sales team.

Your role will be to help ensure sales targets and customer expectations are met.

This is an opportunity to work with an experienced and skilled team supplying plants to the Landscape industry UK wide.

The role comes with prospects for progression and development within the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
You will…

  • Process quotations.

  • Contact customers by phone and email to answer queries or obtain missing information.

  • Maintain and update the sales and customer records.

  • Compile monthly sales reports.

  • Gain direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.

  • Support the sales department with other administrative tasks.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…

  • Previous experience in sales administration.

  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Experience in Horticultural would be an advantage.

  • Advanced knowledge of efficient administrative record-keeping.

  • Familiar with sales reports and sales records.

  • IT literate and experienced with spreadsheet software.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
