Regional Agri Manager - Field Based, South West UK

Through our 2000 plus people and by remaining farmer owned with a focus on building a long-term sustainable business, we are looking to add to our Feed business with the following role.

You will manage a focused high calibre team of Ruminant Nutritionists, Technical, and Agricultural Sales specialists across the South West. Providing a solution-based sales service to our farming customers, members and farmer shareholders.

Working as part of a Senior Feed Team, reporting to the Head of Agri Sales South, you will lead with a key focus on delivering our sales and organisational objectives, ensuring our people are well led, supported, performance managed, developed and engaged The Mole Way. Minimum of 5 years Sales Leadership experience gained within the Agri Sector, you are a commercially driven focused individual with a passion for delivering results.
