Regional Sales Manager

Location of the Job: Home-based, covering Lincolnshire / Bedfordshire / Norfolk / Cambridgeshire / Suffolk.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Paying £35,000 - £50,000 basic salary + Uncapped Commission.

The Job Role Details:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join the expanding team.

In this role, you will manage a team of Area Sales Representatives in the Eastern region of the UK.

Your primary responsibility will be to implement a robust sales strategy, actively sell to your network to assist your team, and take accountability for the overall regional P&L statement for your region.

Key Responsibilities:
You will…

  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, developing high-performance.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.

  • Selling to your network, helping your team to achieve KPIs and assist in developing the region.

  • Set and monitor team KPIs.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.

  • Provide sales forecasts and reports.

  • Develop a distribution relationship strategy, providing commercial and technical support.

  • Provide agronomic support to your team.

  • Provide on-field support to your team.

  • Develop/train sales team in technical and commercial aspects.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…

  • People management experience within farming/agriculture (two years minimum).

  • Commercial experience - successful background in sales within the farming/agricultural industry.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Ability to analyse market data and develop effective sales strategies.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • FACTs qualified/agronomic experience.

  • A full, clean UK Driving License.
