Job Title: Rural Surveyor
Location: East Anglia (Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire)

Following continued and forecasted growth they are now looking to expand their established teams within the East Anglia offices. Key Responsibilities
Manage financial matters, provide reporting on budgeting, performance
Provide concise, practical and reasoned advice to Clients at all times
Manage rural estates, landlords and tenants
Value rural land and property, crops, machinery, livestock and trees
Advise clients who wish to buy rural properties, such as farms or smallholdings
Provide professional advice on emerging regulations and practices
Issue contracts for various aspects of land management
Build strong relationships with clients and the rural community
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications
MRICS - Will consider newly qualified with a proven track record in rural estate management.
Self motivated
Ability to build strong relationships
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Flexible approach
Computer/IT Literate
Salary:
£32,000 - £40,000 per annum (experience dependant)
Plus benefits: Car/Car allowance, Increased holiday, Pension scheme, Healthcare, Death in service plus many more
