Location of the Job:
Office based initially, therefore you will need to be local and commutable to the office in and near to Nottinghamshire/Lincolnshire.
Salary & Benefits Package:
Paying a basic salary of £30,000 per year.
Company bonus scheme.
Future availability of a company vehicle after 6 months.
This is a permanent full-time position.
A minimum of 18 months training will be given upon joining.

The Job Role Details:
We are looking for an Internal Sales Representative who will gradually gain experience in managing accounts first internally (manage incoming end-users requests), then small and medium sized accounts (external account management) and finally key account management/Sales Management - this is a fantastic opportunity to grow and thrive within a successful agricultural equipment supplies company.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Support quality, effectiveness, safety, and efficiency of the department's activities and adjusting where necessary.
Keep up with the latest rules and regulations by participating in training and desk research.
Meet sales targets of the specific customer group through effective planning and budgeting.
Support customers' requirements with the ability to evaluate the specification of products for any given application.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
Support procurement department with accurate demand forecast.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
Agricultural machinery, equipment or parts background in either sales, engineering or purchasing.
Calm and composed, reliable and trustworthy.
Able to work well within a team, to fit within the team culture but also with the agricultural machinery customer base.
Ideally local to the office, as to begin you will be 100% office based, but will gradually develop into 50/50 split between travel and office.
Have a basic sales skill-set.
Some commercial/sales experience.
Work well as part of a team.
Ambitious and hungry to grow, learn and develop within the company.
