Location of the Job:
Office based - West Sussex

This is a permanent full-time position.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Weekend rota 1/2 and additional hours during harvest.

The Job Role Details:
We are now looking for an experienced dynamic Manager, looking for career development, to take the service business to the next level.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the depots service department reporting to the Operations Director and the Branch manager.
A priority will be to galvanise your team to ensure the company deliver against the key targets: Sales, workshop efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
You will…
Oversee the branch service operations ensuring work is scheduled and processed in a timely manner.
Be focused on customer satisfaction to assist in building new and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Manage key activities within the branch: Debt, scheduling, breakdowns, vehicle health checks, direct customer contact and all winter service programmes.
Manage customer debt and service satisfaction issues.
Manage the efficiency and productivity of your technicians, putting in corrective actions where required.
Ensure warranty compliance in all depots.
Manage the out of hours / holiday cover.
Drive technician recruitment and ensure we have a healthy relationship with the local Agricultural Colleges.
Be an active member of our Health and Safety committee - ensure our workshop operates with full compliance to all our policies.
Take responsibility of assigned depots and ensure we are presentable, professional and as motivated as possible.

Workshop experience.
Agricultural/farming industry knowledge.
Local to the depot.
Self-motivated, reliable, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to demonstrate a successful track record of winning the respect of both your colleagues, manufacturers and customers.
