The Company: Agricultural Services Business supporting Farmers across Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and part of Wales. Specialist services include cultivation, drilling, spraying and harvesting of potatoes and combinable crops.

The Job: Due to exciting growth plans my Client are now recruiting for an experienced Sprayer Operator to join their fantastic team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop your skills whilst operating state-of-the-art farming equipment and machinery on a variety of different crops.
Role Responsibilities:
Operating a self-propelled sprayer spraying combinable crops, potatoes and various vegetable crops.
Working as part of a team as well as working independently.
Planning workload and managing your day accordingly.
Machinery operation and maintenance.
Communicating with Agronomists.
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
PA1 and PA2 are essential.
Self-propelled spraying experience.
Experience using GPS technology and GreenStar.
Workshop and spanner skills desirable.
Positive can-do attitude.
Team player and able to work independently.
Computer literate.
Excellent organisation and planning skills.
A people-person able to communicate effectively.
Seeking a long-term, progressive opportunity.
