Technical Sales Engineer
Location of the Job:
Office based in the South West Midlands 3 days per week, home-based 2 days per week.
Some UK and international travel may also be required.
Salary & Benefits Package:
Paying a basic salary in the range of £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
Plus opportunity to earn a bonus.

This is a permanent full-time position.
Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5:30pm, Fridays 8:30am - 2:30pm.

The Job Role Details:
Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager a Technical Sales Engineer is required to provide technical customer training and support for Construction Weighing Products and associated engineering software. Graduates also considered.
Key Responsibilities:
You will…
Provide 1st time installation and training for new customers along with engineering advice on best practice for company products.
Run live demonstrations of equipment.
Develop and input into training materials, user guides and webinar for use by customers.
Provide technical advice and feedback to the business on any current issues and technical problems.
Maintain a good working relationship with other departments.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
Sales, Engineering or Technically-minded.
Previous experience within a technical support role gained in the construction or surveying sector.
Good understanding of hydraulic systems.
An understanding of analysis, design, and development of industrial and/or on-vehicle systems.
Hands on experience of modern quarrying/construction/mining/recycling equipment.
An understanding of the principles and processes to provide first class customer services.
Good communication skills.
Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good organisation skills.
Able to manage various deadlines and duties.
Full driving licence.
The willingness to regularly travel, nationally and on occasions internationally.
Essential Skills:
