Territory Sales Manager – Agricultural Machinery Manufacturer
Location of the Job: East of the UK, England.
The Company: My client is a leading Agricultural Machinery Manufacturer.
The Industry: Agricultural Machinery, Farm Machinery, Tractors.
The Job Role details: Due to the ongoing success and demand, my client is now recruiting for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to develop new business and manage existing accounts across the East of England; Lincolnshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, East Midlands and surrounding areas.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Selling a wide range of Agricultural Machinery - mainly Tractors.
Selling to / via the Dealer Network, business to business.
Travelling across East of England, mainly Lincolnshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, East Midlands and the surrounding areas.
Carrying out trade shows and exhibitions.
Driving new and existing sales forward.
Exceeding all sales targets and KPI's set.
Achieving territory sales targets for products within guidelines for costs, profit and margins
Building dealer relationships for long term benefit and profile raising of company brand
Liaising with both dealers and end users and the appropriate territory after sales manager, to help with all technical queries and issues
Ensuring that professional product demonstrations are carried out in an efficient, professional, productive and safe manner.
Expanding the customer base for products by identifying new customers and opportunities within territory.
Attending exhibitions and shows to represent the company with a professional image at all times.
Continually updating your knowledge with regards to company products and keeping up to date with industry developments and trends.
Cross-referring sales of other company products to the team as appropriate.
Update records and the CRM and configurator system with accurate information.
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
You will have / be;
Field sales experience in a similar position.
Experience selling tractors, or similar Agricultural Machinery.
Experience selling via a dealer network / to Agricultural businesses.
A strong understanding of the Agricultural Machinery sector.
Be living within the East of England.
Additional Information: This is a permanent full-time role.
Salary package: A basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience.
Plus Benefits: Commission, company vehicle, phone, laptop.
