Trainee Marketing Executive - Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

6 month placement, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right applicant.

Job Placement summary;

•Maintaining our company database, ensuring all relevant contact information is continually up to date. (Uploading Candidate CV registrations, new client contacts, new companies and unsubscribes).

•Other general administrative duties, including working with the sales team to ensure all admin and marketing tasks are actioned in a timely and consistent manner.

•Answering the telephone and passing on accurate and timely messages.

•Keeping accurate clerical and IT records in accordance with GDPR legislation.

•Ensuring the Company’s Social Media pages are active and relevant.

•Posting job adverts on our website, social media and jobsites.

•Managing website content by posting regular blogs, activities and event diary dates.

•Providing content and creative ideas for the 2021 Company Brochure.

•Attending industry events and exhibitions away from the office (when able) to promote the Company to new clients or candidates.

•Supporting the ongoing development of the business.

•Identifying creative new ideas for marketing to support the promotion of the business.

The ideal candidate will need to be easily commutable to our office in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

You must be comfortable working at all levels in fast-paced and potentially demanding situations. You must be IT literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive, self-motivated, "can do" attitude is a must. You will be required to multi-task and therefore must be able to work well and calmly under pressure. You must be process driven and very well-organised to manage your time effectively with a busy daily routine following strict processes.

Essential skills, experience and qualifications;

Experience of uploading creative content to business LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook pages.

An understanding of SEO.

GCSE passes of grade 4 and above in Maths and English.

Number of hours per week; 25 per week. 5 hours per day Monday – Friday office hours. Can be flexible if applicant preferred to work over fewer days.
