UK Fertiliser Sales Manager - Home Based

Location:
Home based with travel required across the UK.
Salary Package:
Basic Salary: £50K - £60K
Company Car
Performance / Profit Related Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Utilising excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with existing distributor and end-user customers.
Identifying and proactively contacting potential new sales leads to increase sales and margins.
Maintaining a high level of technical expertise and knowledge of the fertiliser and plant
nutrition industry.
Holding a current FACTS qualification and establishing yourself as a reliable and credible source
of agronomic advice.
Communicating effectively with other staff to fulfil customer's expectations, including in
relation to requirements for orders and also new product development.
Interacting closely with the senior management team to develop and execute the sales strategy.
Handling any complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Following all applicable safety policies, procedures and regulations.
Fulfilling other tasks appropriately.
You should be willing to undertake domestic travel as and when required.
Candidate Requirements:
Fertiliser knowledge and experience.
FACTS Qualification is preferred.
Sales experience selling into the amenity industry.
Current Driving License.
Happy to travel when required.
