Warehouse Office Administrator/Customer Service

Location of the Job:

Office based in Worcestershire.

Salary & Benefits Package:

  • A highly competitive rate of pay depending on experience.

Additional Information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.

  • Monday to Friday.

  • 8.30 am - 5.30 pm.

  • May be required to work some Saturdays in the busy season.

A specialist garden and estate machinery and equipment supplier in the West Midlands.

The Job Role Details:

Due to business success and expansion we are now looking for a Warehouse Office Administrator/Customer Service Advisor at a very busy warehouse in Worcester.

This role requires liaising with customers over the phone, by email, and in person, so excellent communication is essential. You will provide general administrative and office support.

You will also be able to deal competently with customer returns and liaise with customers appropriately and follow-through returns from customers as well as work in a small team, you will be required to provide additional office administration support to the after-sales manager when required.

The right candidate will be an excellent team player, but can also work efficiently by themselves making decisions, can work well under pressure, and be able to communicate professionally with outside agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
You will…

  • Answer the telephone, emails.

  • Enter job cards onto the internal IBCOS gold system.

  • Process online orders and sent them to relevant carriers.

  • Liaise with the warehouse, parts departments, and sales staff.

  • Data entry ensuring a high level of accuracy.

  • Update excel spreadsheets for returned items and ensure stock is correct.

  • Update the eBay account with relevant information.

  • Process eBay orders, picking, packing, and entering relevant tracking information.

  • Stock check when needed.

  • Respond to inquiries and queries daily.

  • General Admin duties including photocopying, scan, phone, mailing, etc.

  • Update the company website with new products and prices/comparisons.

  • Similar experience in a previous role.

  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook & Internet.

  • Communication: Excellent oral and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Experience is essential.
