Web Sales & Stock Control Administrator
Location of the Job:
Office based in Lincolnshire.
Salary & Benefits Package:
Paying up to £37,000 basic salary depending on experience.
Company pension scheme.
22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Product training.
Additional Information:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm.
Occasional Saturday's during events/open days.
About The Company:
A leading Agricultural, Horticultural and Farming Machinery supplier who have an opportunity for a full-time Web Sales and Stock Control Administrator within the busy machinery parts department.
The Job Role Details:
As the Web Sales and Stock Control Administrator you will be required to purchase and restock goods in the horticultural and parts department whilst maintaining good relations with our suppliers. You will actively pursue and process sales from online platforms including our own websites.
Key Responsibilities:
You will…
Purchase suitable goods for resale in the parts department.
Use sales history data to restock appropriate goods.
Work to ensure good stock movement of products.
Maintain good relations with suppliers.
Take safeguards where necessary to ensure safety of stock and to keep correct and efficient records.
Work within the web sales team, to generate sales and process these efficiently.
Maintain accurate information on the company website.
Present parts promotional activity on the company website.
Be willing to attend shows or Company meetings where necessary.
Deliver or collect items.
Ensure good housekeeping within the department with a view to the safety of all personnel.
Undertake the inspection and receipt of deliveries of goods inwards and accompanying documentation, and to store in a good and proper condition.
Distribute the aforesaid stock and paperwork to the correct departments.
Attend to the return of goods to the manufacturer and to the posting of goods to the customer by methods as instructed.
Deal with customers, internal and external fairly, efficiently and with courtesy at all times, with a view to maintaining a good relationship between the Company and its customers.
Deal with all enquiries and queries received (written/telephone/fax/verbal/email), quickly and efficiently, providing a good service at all times.
Use good communication techniques to ensure good communication between both internal and external customers, and suppliers, to present a good image of the Company at all times.

Experience working in a parts department.
Open to all vehicle/machinery backgrounds - agricultural parts, farming machinery parts, horticultural equipment parts, automotive parts, motor trade parts.
Excellent IT skills.
Excellent communication skills.
