POSITION FOR AGRIGULTRAL ENGINEER
BASED IN WORCESTERSHIRE

What we offer:
Competitive salary: £37,000 - £50,000+ per annum.

Key responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults on Househam self-propelled crop sprayers.
Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
Preform pre-season checks and post-season overhauls.
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, service reports and job cards in a timely manner.
Provide technical advice and support to customers when needed.
Be available to work overtime in busy periods and cover one weekend in every calendar month.
Desirable skills and experience:
Our ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic abilities across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to fault finding.
Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
A high degree of self-motivation, reliability and the ability to work independently or as a team.
Welding and fabrication skills also a massive bonus.
