The Job Role details:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be a pivotal cog in ensuring the successful positioning and direction of all marketing activities. You will be joining this business at a very exciting time in their business development, designing and driving online and offline marketing strategies across several brands to build brand awareness, increase existing sales and help deliver new brands and products to market. This exciting new role requires an energetic, creative and goal-orientated Marketing Manager with excellent communication skills to devise creative multi-channel strategies that engage, educate and motivate various stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to join and work within a fast-growing entrepreneurial agricultural company and simultaneously work across a wide range of marketing areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Senior Management to devise online and offline marketing strategies best suited to the marketing goals and objectives.
Help build & maintain a strong & consistent brand through a wide range of online & offline marketing activities.
Plan, develop & execute detailed content plans for all media channels.
Manage a small, yet expanding marketing team including external PR & Digital agencies.
Work with the Senior Management to launch new brands.
Work with the Sales Manager to bring new products to market – manage launch campaigns ensuring effective branded marketing communications.
Work with the People & Culture Manager to deliver a range of internal communications across the business.
Measure & report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Research & evaluate new & innovative ways of Marketing to targeted audiences.
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum of ideally 5 years specific marketing experience, strong experience in digital required.
A passion for agriculture / the countryside is advantageous.
Dedicated & self-motivated.
Exceptional organisational, research and analytical skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communications, with a high attention to detail.
Ideally Leicestershire / Warwickshire based – home based with 1-2 days office based.
Creative thinker with good time management and organizational skills.
Ideally Midlands / West Midlands based – home based initially with some travel. Flexibility required.

Salary package:
£32,000 - £35,000 Depending Upon Experience
Negotiation purely depending upon experience
