Agricultural Mechanic
Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced agricultural mechanic and fabricator to join our team. You will be based primary at our site in Hertfordshire, however there may be some work at other sites. The nature of our business is very varied so no two days will be the same, so we are looking for someone who is proactive, likes a challenge and good at problem solving.
Responsibilities
Your duties include but are not limited to:
• Repairs, servicing and maintenance of all plant and machinery across our agricultural, construction and ground care sectors
• Service and maintenance of on-site biomass boilers
• Service and maintenance of on-site continuous grain drying and handling system
• Fabrication of parts/components as necessary
• Completion of the necessary paperwork to maintain safe working fleet
Requirements
The ideal person will have:
• Have at least 5 years prior agricultural mechanic experience
• Be a problem solver
• Have fabrication experience
• Good communication skills
• Good automotive electrical experience
Salary: Up to £15.25 per Hour
Hours: 45+ per week
