Agricultural Parts Sales Person / Stores Person

Location of the Job: West Midlands: Staffordshire, Birmingham, Crewe, Cheshire, Newport, Shrewsbury and surrounding towns.

The Company: Is a leading supplier of specialist Agricultural and Farming Machinery.

The Industry: Agricultural Machinery, Farm Machinery, Agricultural Dealership, Farm Machinery Dealership, Tractors.

The Job Role Details: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join this family business, working alongside a team of engineers, parts and sales staff team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working hours are 8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

  • You will be responsible for the opening and closing of the depot.

  • You will be dealing with customers, face to face and over the telephone.

  • Offering excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Be responsible for stock levels, entering stock correctly, and ensure that all deliveries are correct.

  • Ensure the depot is kept clean and tidy at all times.

  • Promote and sell machinery parts.

  • Have excellent organisational skills.

  • Be independent and able to work alone.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be:

  • Experience and good knowledge of the agricultural machinery parts sector.

  • IT literate: Excel, Word, Outlook, online parts catalogue.

  • A positive attitude towards work.

  • Customer service experience in a similar role.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience using IBCOS Gold.

  • Good knowledge of Tractors and Harvest machinery.

Salary Package: Paying a basic salary of £22,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
