They have spent over 35 years developing world leading fertiliser and soil supplements to feed the soil microbes to improve the health and productivity of your soils.
Their products feed the soil biology and enhance plant nutrient availability to help improve plant performance, root growth, yields and crop quality.
Due to continued growth my clients are now seeking a Agronomist - Soil Health and Fertiliser - Sales Rep who is seeking a new challenge.

My clients are situated in the Shropshire area; with excellent transport links to nearby attractions such as the beautiful countryside for hiking trails and shopping opportunities at the local retail outlet centres.

The Job Role details:
An exciting opportunity has arisen at my clients fabulous organisation for an Agronomist - Soil Health and Fertiliser - Sales Representative.
Average working week of 40hrs.
Office based in Shropshire.
Aim of the role:
My client is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, team player, cheerful Agronomist who can advise and sell to merchants and direct to farm, whilst providing technical support and assistance to the rest of the team.
To be a full time Agronomist - Soil Health and Fertiliser - Sales Representative.
Duties will include advising and selling direct to farm as well as merchants.
To be office based in Shropshire.
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
MUST be qualified to degree level or have equivalent experience.
MUST be an enthusiastic, confident, team player, cheerful Agronomist who is willing to get stuck in.
MUST have significant interest in Soil Health and Fertiliser.
MUST be an excellent communicator.
MUST be ambitious, ready and willing to drive the business forward.
IDEALLY will have at least 12 months of commercial sales experience.
IDEALLY FACTS and BASIS qualified.
IDEALLY will be confident in selling direct to farm.
IDEALLY will be experienced in selling to merchants.
IDEALLY looking for at least 1yrs of UK agronomy experience or more - although a recent grad will be considered.
IDEALLY looking for career progression. Relevant training and guidance will be provided to the successful candidate.
IDEALLY would live within 45mins of the office, and happy to commute to it on a daily basis.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Generous CPD allowance
40hrs per week.
£20,000 - £29,000 depending upon experience
