Our client is an established grower and supplier of a wide variety of Christmas Trees. They now are seeking to recruit a new Christmas Tree Plantation Manager.

The Job Role Details:
As a Christmas Tree Plantation Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the Christmas Tree Plantation. Possessing a strong understanding of the Christmas Tree growing process, utilising your acquired skills and knowledge of pruning, grading and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of a Christmas Tree Plantation.
Overseeing of plantation to maximise the quality and output of trees.
Managing and supervising staff, including review of weekly timesheets.
Implementation and management of Health and Safety.
Liaison with customers and suppliers, as necessary.
Hands- on role where you will be working alongside staff.
The above list is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be added as the role is developed.
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
Experience in Growing Christmas Trees is essential.
Strong Christmas Tree knowledge and experience.
Experience in Pruning, grading, and maintaining Christmas Trees.
Confident in similar Project Management experience.
Hands- on experience.
Salary package:
£ 40,000 p.a. Experience Dependant
Plus - Farm House (Accommodation)
