The Industry: Farming, fresh fruit, fruit and vegetable farming, agriculture, hydroponics, dairy produce, olive oil.
The Job Role details & Key Responsibilities:
Hands on management with the growing of fresh fruit and vegetables
Awareness of planting, growing, picking and packing.
Be in control of a 250 million Euro budget
People management
Use state of the art technology at all stages
Excellent forward planning and scheduling ability
Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records
Recruiting, training/instructing and supervising farm workers
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
Full P&L experience
Previous experience with the European market
Strong commercial aptitude
Additional Information:
Farm is based in Al Harj
Accommodation is based in Riyadh
Zero tolerance of drink and drugs
Follow a decent dress code
Must be familiar with low humidity - around 10%
Salary package:
£175-£200K with performance bonus on top if KPI’s are met
Accommodation available within a compound that contains a pool, golf course
Children can be educated in the schools built by the company
Transport and phone provided
Flights to home included
