Are you looking for a field‑based role that combines technical knowledge with commercial delivery?

The Company:
An established and respected agricultural business is seeking a sales professional with a strong understanding of crop production and on‑farm advisory work. This field‑based role focuses on supplying a broad range of seed varieties and establishment products to progressive farms across the region. Ideal for someone with a background in agronomy or agricultural sales, this position offers the chance to work closely with growers, agronomists, and rural advisors to deliver tailored seed solutions that support commercial performance and on‑farm sustainability.

The Job Role:
To manage a defined territory, building long‑term relationships with arable and mixed farms while promoting a diverse seed portfolio that spans both forage and combinable crops. This is a varied role combining commercial planning, on‑farm technical advice, and involvement in regional trials, events, and campaigns.

Location: East Anglia (Field‑Based with Hybrid Working)
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience, plus bonus, a company vehicle and benefits package, a supportive working environment with autonomy and long‑term progression; ongoing training and development tailored to your background.

Experience in agricultural sales, ideally involving seeds, crop inputs, or on‑farm agronomy; a practical understanding of arable systems and crop rotations; excellent relationship‑building skills and commercial awareness; a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.

Desirable: familiarity with farm support schemes, stewardship mixes, or sustainable farming practices; BASIS Seed Sellers, BASIS Foundation, or FACTS qualifications (or working toward them); existing relationships within the farming and advisory community.
