Garden Centre Operations Manager – South London – Up to £60K Basic
Client:
My client is a well-established and highly successful Garden Centre in South London close to Wimbledon.
Job Responsibilities:
Stock Management for the Garden Centre.
Lead and engage with the team to ensure they achieve the Garden Centres objectives.
You would be responsible for maintaining accurate stock files, this reflecting accurate profit margins.
Ensure that all staff are given full initial training in all areas that are applicable to them to enable them to carry out their job and maintain accurate stock levels.
Ensure new staff are fully trained using a structured training programme and feel comfortable in requesting further training should it be required.
Successful management of your team and holding weekly team meetings.
To be responsible for the overall control of the centre and ensure that all costs of the business is managed in line with the budget.
Managing all Health and Safety aspects within the GC.

Package:
£45k - £60k Basic Salary Depending upon experience.
