Our client is a Garden Landscaping company, who are extremely well established. A personable yet professional garden landscaper firm skilfully executing traditionally or contemporary constructed water features and landscaped gardens. Company portfolio ranges from small domestic gardens to commercial projects. As a Foreman you shall Project Manage, working alongside the customer to achieve their bespoke desired vision. Due to consistent growth and expansion, they are seeking to recruit a Landscape Foreman.

The Job Role Details:
A well organised and highly skilled Landscape Foreman who is driven and passionate about materials, finishes and in delivering high quality landscapes to the required timeframe. You will work predominantly in North and East Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
To be highly organised managing projects day to day.
Managing large domestic projects and staff members.
To carry out good quality domestic landscaping.
Work to strict and agreed time frames and budgets.
Maintain & develop long lasting client relationships.
Communicating progress reports to management and customers/ clients.
Using your initiative to interpret plans.
Ordering materials for hard and soft landscaping.
You will carry out/ demonstrate such skills daily – such as:
Brick & Blockwork, Rendering, Paving, Driveways, Fencing & Decking
Some experience of working with ponds/ water features
Some experience of operating and running of machinery, including; excavators, dumpers & diggers
Role Requirements:
Full UK Driving license.
Physically Fit and able to work in all weather conditions.
Right to live and work in the UK
Good level of spoken English
Previous experience 4 years + working as a Landscape foreman.
You should have the ability to communicate effectively with our clients, the operations team, and designers.
You should also be able to supervise, train and motivate labourers and apprentices.

Irrigation
General Carpentry
Turfing
Planting
Track record in Horticulture/ Landscaping
Relevant hands-on experiences/ Training/ Qualifications
Maintain positive team culture.
Develop a good working relationship with colleagues, customers, and clients.
Good customer service.
Clear communicator
Strong organisational skills
Strict time management
Self-discipline
Salary package:
£ 28,000 p.a. - £35,000 p.a.
+ Company Van (Work Purposes) + Company Benefits
