The Company:
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Mill Operator with a ‘can do’ attitude that will take on the role of operating the mill for this diverse and progressive farming business.

The Industry: Farming

The Job Role details:
Mill Operator required for the animal bedding and feed plant.
Operating the Claas 9050 Telehandler.
Daily maintenance of the plant and equipment.
Meet production targets.
Bonus scheme.
Training will be provided.

Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
This role would be best suited to an individual who would make the job their own, take pride in the product they are making, have practical experience with a can-do attitude and be self-motivated as you will be working alone a lot of the time. Mechanical experience is a plus, basic maintenance a must. Farm mill operation experience is essential and further training will be provided.

The Package:
£12.50/hour
Overtime available (uncapped)
28 days holidays
Bonus scheme based on number of tonnes produced – a good days work would equate to at least £15/hour
