Basic salary £35,000 - £45,000 a year (Depending upon experience)
Full-time Permanent position
Monday to Friday

North East based in the office full time.
Company pension

20 days holiday plus bank holiday

The Company:
We are exclusively recruiting for a very successful and busy Livestock Market with a Rural Department and Estate Agency.

Experience / Requirements:
Agricultural and / or a Farming background is preferable. If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in office management, financial services, and leadership, we encourage you to apply for this position. This is a key role for the Livestock business.
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office.
Developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
Credit Control management for a high turnover livestock market business.
Coordinate and supervise administrative staff.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Ensuring all compliance with company policies and regulations including HR & HSE.
Experience required:
Proven experience as an Office or Finance Manager or within a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Proficient within accounts payable processes and financial services.
Knowledge of cost control principles and financial accounting.
Experience in financial planning and management.
As an Office Manager / Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Your leadership skills, financial expertise, and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of this successful organisation.

Skills Required:
Proven experience in office management or related role.
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Sage 50 Accounts.
Start date: Ideally 1st March or sooner if possible.
