Agricultural Parts Advisor

Location of the Job: Wiltshire.
Salary and Benefits Package:
Salary: £12 - £14 per hour, dependent on experience.
21 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays.
Company sick pay after 1st year of employment.

This is a permanent full-time position.
Working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
About The Company:
A specialist Agricultural Machinery Dealership covering the South West of England.
The Job Role Details:
Your duty will be to sell parts both over retail front counter and to the trade workshop for the agricultural machinery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
You will…
Sell parts and sundries to customers.
Supply parts and sundries to internal customers (workshop).
'Front of house' duties - Greeting/directing customers and visitors.
Telephone answering / call directing.
Raise and chase parts and sundries orders.
Inform customers of order progress.
Unload deliveries.
Stock checks and audits as requested.
Retail and stores housekeeping.
Goods receipt, price checking, reordering and stocking.
Maintain stock levels.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Agricultural / Farming sector.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good IT skills.
Motivated and able to organise own workload.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Agricultural machinery knowledge.
Previous experience in parts department.
