Our client is an established Sporting and Farming business, also operating expertise in agricultural vehicles. Due to consistent growth and expansion, they are seeking to recruit a new Sales, Logistics & Export Manager, managing 80% - Farm Department, 20% Vehicle Department.

The Job Role Details:
Our client is seeking to recruit an Agricultural Sales, Logistics & Export Manager, to introduce and manage a sales system, assist in sales & marketing, manage logistics, complete all export activities, manage/ build client relationships, oversee budgets and represent the company at shows and events. The successful applicant will proven experience in sales, logistics and exporting. A strong and clear communicator able to manage smooth communication between departments, staff, and clients, maintaining and building relationships.
Farm Dept (80%)
Assist in Sales.
Work alongside the team to achieve targets and budgets set by the directors.
Manage logistics for orders alongside sales director and sales assistant.
Liaising with clients on a daily basis to arrange deliveries.
Complete all export activities for export of stock to Ireland. Be able to advise and train other colleagues on new export arrangements post Brexit.
Take care of the Customer Care Calls and service, work with the vet, External Operation Director and Sales Director to resolve matters promptly.
Oversee the debt for the department, make sure payment terms are met and follow up with members of the team.
Build customer relationships.
Potential development of a CRM Scheme within the department
Work alongside the marketing team to maintain brand awareness and increase market share.
Represent the company at shows and events.
Vehicle Dept & Equipment Sales (20%)
Introduce and manage a new Sales System.
Manage all Sales.
Liaise with Stores Manager and Head Mechanic
Implement a customer care procedure.
Work with the Marketing team to increase brand awareness of this department.
Manage Vehicle & Equipment Sales System.
Travel & Attend local shows.

£ 50,000 p.a. - £70,000 p.a. – Experience Dependant
