Working in such a fantastic and buoyant industry and due to exciting, continued expansion plans, Agricultural and Farming Jobs are looking to recruit another experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant to add to our existing successful Recruitment team based from our offices in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

Key Recruitment Skills required:

360 Recruitment experience is ESSENTIAL!

Proven success in developing new Business.

New Business Development is key.

You must have excellent account management skills to manage key clients.

Have the confidence to close sales deals successfully.

Must have impeccable time management skills.

You must have confident client meeting rapport building and presentation skills.

Excellent rapport building skills is essential.

You must be able to prioritise your own workload by using your own initiative.

A recruitment consultant who takes great pride in their work and is results orientated is a must.

Quality is key in everything you do.

Have a confident, enthusiastic personality would fit perfectly into our positive team!

Ideal Recruitment Skills and experience:

You MUST have a minimum of 2 years successful recruitment experience to be considered for this role. Please do not apply if you don’t have this as you won’t have the required experience for the business at this time, thank you.

Having a strong work ethic and desire to succeed is the most essential requirement!

You must be a fantastic communicator and easily be able to build relationships at a senior professional level.

You must be able to handle working in a demanding, fast paced industry and always believe in quality and offering the best service possible.

You must be computer literate and easily be able to learn the use of our award-winning CRM database.

You must be a focused and dedicated recruiter who is engaged in their work consistently.

You are expected to deliver work that you are very proud of.

You must do whatever it takes and always go that extra mile to ensure you are always delivering excellence to your customers.

You must be process driven and very well organised to manage a busy daily routine with a meticulous and organised process.

Being able to handle pressure is also a MUST.

You must be honest and money motivated and be willing to give the job 100% effort and your dedication.

You would ideally live local to our offices and be able to commute easily to be based from our Bromsgrove Office on the days required.

Salary, Package & Benefits:

Basic Salary to be discussed at interview (Depending upon experience).

Realistically in your first year we aim for you to earn between £50k - £60k! Increasing year on year! Totally realistic and proven by our current recruiters.

A fantastic performance related commission scheme is available.

Supportive training scheme provided by one of the best billers in the industry.

Ongoing daily Personal and Recruitment Sales and Development training by a third-party training company we work very closely with.

Staff incentives including staff team building days out. These have included VIP Ascot days out for the past 2 years and is also planned for 2021!
