As a Grain Processing Plant Operator, you'll be at the very heart of one of our grain storage teams, playing a vital role in adding value to our farmers' grain. Join our team and enjoy a rewarding job in a safe and friendly working environment.
From harvest intake to out loading, you'll take ownership of the long-term storage of our farmers' grain, ensuring it's processed, cleaned, dried, and stored to the highest quality and hygiene Standards.
Working closely with the Store Manager to optimise storage quality, retaining and uplifting grain quality through storage segregation and blending; you'll be responsible for 3 flat stores and 30 grain silos.

The Job Role:
You'll be managing a 30,000-tonne grain processing and storage plant, on the Trinity Grain Micheldever site which stores 60,000 tonnes of combinable crops. Your responsibility will include harvest intakes, drying & cleaning of grain for long term storage to maintain quality, regularly monitoring storage hygiene, grain quality and adhering to TASCC.
