Location of the role:
Office locations in Cardiff or Telford with a mix of remote, office and field-based working in your area.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a project delivery team according to agreed business targets
- Identify business development opportunities (both internally and externally).
- Drive the delivery of Land Programmes throughout the whole project lifecycle to ensure they are delivered safely and on time and to budget, meeting business & technical requirements.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert/Senior Advisor across the business for all project delivery matters.
- Lead the assembly, review and implementation of compliant Land Strategies.
- Ensure effective client and stakeholder communications.
- Provide full land support to CPO process.
Desired skills and experience:
- Relevant qualifications (RICS, APM).
- Proven management experience; managing and growing teams in a recent role.
- A demonstrable track record in the successful development and implementation of land strategies for projects.
- A detailed understanding of processes and legislative requirements.
- A good understanding of the transition from preconstruction planning consent through to commencement on site, with the allocation and handover of consents and obligations.
- Extensive project management experience working with high profile, complex projects.
